Hospital acquired bacteremia in the ICU : the EURO-Bact study
The purpose of the present study is to perform a prospective study about hospital- acquired bacteraemia in ICUs.
It will include all the patients with a bloodstream infection for 3 consecutive months or 10 consecutive hospital-acquired bacteraemia per intensive care unit.
